Any cancellation will carry a 5% retention charge The guest can cancel free of charge until 14 days before arrival.
The guest will be charged the total price if they cancel 14 days before arrival.
Failure to arrive at the hotel will be treated as a show and no refund will be given.
The Booking which is made for a peak holiday period ( from 20th Dec to 5 Jan) cannot be modified and
payment will not be refunded.
